As a NAPA AutoCare Center, every qualifying repair includes the NAPA Peace of Mind Warranty. It covers parts and labor for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, and is honored at over 16,000 NAPA AutoCare locations nationwide. If you have trouble with a covered repair anywhere in the country, it will be taken care of at no extra charge.

We are a certified Emission Repair Facility and can perform State Emissions Inspections. If your vehicle fails an emissions test, we can diagnose the issue and complete the necessary repairs to get you back on the road and in compliance.

While we do not operate our own tow trucks, we work with trusted local towing companies and can help arrange a tow to our shop. Just give us a call at 541.679.8685 and we will help coordinate getting your vehicle to us.

We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. For after-hours emergencies, leave a message and we will get back to you first thing the next business day.

Absolutely. We always provide a written estimate before beginning any work. There are no surprise charges. If additional issues are discovered during the repair, we will contact you and get approval before proceeding with any additional work.
